It turned out 49% of the antibodies was totally useless, 29% of them could not be confirmed as good quality, 22% of them could supported the experiment data, and only 7% of them got the data which completely matched the data offered before the experiments. This result must had disappoint every researcher.
No matter what the scientific research is, it is meat to be a rough road and it will wear you down with lots of difficulties, but low-quality antibodies should not have been one of them. Low-quality antibodies not only bring the waste of time and resources, but also delay the progress of research. How to choose high quality antibodies for experiments has been attached more importance.
