ATP and its analogues
I have been searching around and would like to ask you here an explanation for some of the ATP roles used in nucleic acid-protein experiments.
Can someone tell me more about "intermediate" state ADP-AlFx? I understand that AMP-PNP analogue is non-hydrolyzable and represents the "bound" state.
I would like to know what ADP-AlFx represents in the meaning of nucleic acid-protein interaction? What does "intermediate" actually means here?
Thank you very much!
