Last year, BioTechniques partnered with Profeza, enabling authors to submit their protocols as 'reuse recipes'. The protocol then has its own DOI, and users can report their reuse instances - whether it worked perfectly, failed, or worked with some modifications. Dialogue can be opened up with the authors for troubleshooting, and the authors are able to modify the recipe if needed.

We're delighted to report that our first such recipe has had a successful reuse

Check out the reuse recipe for 'Capture and storage of plant genomic DNA on a readily available cellulose matrix', available here

Have you reused this protocol? Please report it!
